These terms apply to text messages from Xtreme Bass Series, Inc. (“XBS”).
1. What you will receive
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from XBS about our tournaments, including registration openings, event reminders, schedule changes, results and promotions.
2. Consent
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of membership, registration or any purchase.
3. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
4. How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming you have been removed, and no more after that. To rejoin, opt in again.
5. Help

6. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Your privacy
