The terms that apply when you use xtremebassseries.com.

These terms apply to your use of xtremebassseries.com (the “site”), run by Xtreme Bass Series, Inc. (“XBS,” “we” or “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Tournament rules come first

Competition in XBS events is governed by the official rules for each series and event, posted on this site. Nothing on the site changes those rules. If anything on the site conflicts with the official rules, the rules control.

2. Membership

XBS memberships are sold through our membership platform, Join It. Membership fees, terms and eligibility are set out on our Membership page and in the official rules. Membership fees are nonrefundable.

3. Registration and entry fees

Entry fees, deadlines and refund and cancellation terms for each event are set by that event’s official rules and registration form.

4. Store purchases

Purchases from the Xtreme Store are covered by our Store Policies, including returns and shipping.

5. Results and information on the site

We post results, standings and schedules as quickly and accurately as we can. Official results are those certified by XBS under the rules, and we may correct errors on the site at any time. Dates, locations and details are subject to change. Check with XBS or your tournament director before you travel.

6. Our content

The XBS name and logos, series and event names, articles, photos, video, graphics and the design of the site belong to XBS or to the partners who license them to us. Sponsor names and logos are the trademarks of their owners. You may view, share links to and print pages for your own personal, noncommercial use. Any other use, including copying results or photos for commercial use or collecting data from the site by automated means, requires our written permission.

7. What you send us

When you send us photos, catch reports, comments or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you give XBS permission to use, edit and publish it on the site, in our newsletters and on social media, with credit where practical.

8. Using the site

Please do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to try to reach accounts or areas you are not authorized to use, or to send spam or harmful code.

9. Other websites and services

The site links to sponsors, lodging, Join It, FormSite and other sites we do not control. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them. Some partner or lodging links may earn XBS a commission at no cost to you.

10. No warranties

The site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available, error free or free of harmful components.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, XBS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages that come from using the site or relying on information posted on it.

12. Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
