Drew Carter and Bobby Lane, Jr. took home the win at the Central Florida division’s ninth and final event of the season, their second on the year. Carter and Lane, Jr. topped a 24 boat field on the North Winter Haven Chain on September 14th with a 23.67 pound, 5 bass limit. The duo took home Big Bass honors with a 9.41 pound Trophy Catch.
With the win and the close of the final event of the season for the Central Florida division, Drew Carter and Bobby Lane, Jr. secured the division points title, putting them in contention to compete for the Fitzgerald Fishing Team of the Year at the 2025 Blazer Boats Xtreme Bass Series Championship presented by Mercury Marine and Visit Central Florida Sports.

About Xtreme Bass Series
The Xtreme Bass Series is the largest grassroots bass tournament trail across Florida, featuring 13 divisions and 117 events throughout the 2025 season. Anglers can compete in close-to-home events on local bodies of water, keeping costs down and affording them the opportunity to compete in the end of season championship. Teams who compete in 7 of 9 events in one division, or 8 events in a combination of divisions will qualify for the end of season championship event. The 2025 Championship will be held October 23-25 on the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes at Camp Mack.
